system was inferior. But, what really convinced us to make the switch,

important, the human touch can never be discounted.
In fact, in retrospect, I think we assumed their system was inferior,
since they didn't provide the hands on support and assistance in
helping understand how to use their platform, as you did. Your attitude
truly made us feel as though you were invested in making our program

wanted to take a moment and let you know how wonderful your support
staff is to work with, particularly Jack Sampogna. I was hesitant
to switch providers, however, after trying your service for a few
conference calls I can say that the quality is comparable to AT&T,
yet your pricing is substantially lower and the customer support is
absolutely fantastic.
I
recently used your WebEx service to present to a large potential
client for our donor management service. Not only did Jack,
in your client service department, take the time to understand what
I needed, he trained my staff on using the service, and even helped
us conduct a test run before we presented live.
It's
refreshing to do business with a company that has such friendly
and knowledgeable staff and I am very pleased with the savings.

just wanted to let you know Deirdre did an outstanding job getting
us set up to hold virtual board meetings for our organization.
Some of our board members are computer challenged and Deirdre was
